Right of Withdrawal

In case the sealing of the jewel case has not been damaged or removed you have the right to withdraw your order without stating causes within 14 days after the day you or a third person named by you, who is not the deliverer, took possession of the CD(s).

To exercise your right of withdrawal you have to inform us,

about your decision to withdraw your order by a clearly statement, for example using a letter, a fax or an email. You can use the WithdrawalForm available on our website for this, which is also sent as attachment to your order confirmation. The usage of this form is not mandatory.

To maintain the deadline for your withdrawal it is sufficient to send your statement about exercising the right of withdrawal before reaching the deadline.

Implications of Withdrawal of Contracts About Purchases of CDs:

In case you withdraw the contract we have to refund all received payments including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting that you have chosen other forms of delivery than our offered cheapest standard way of delivery) immediately and lately within 14 days after we received of your statement of withdrawal.

For this refund we use the same currency you used in the originally transaction except there was not explicitly arranged something differently; in no case fees will be charged for this refund. We are allowed to decline the refund until we received the delivered CD(s) or until you prove that you have sent the CD(s) back to us, depending on which point in time is earlier.

You have to return the CD(s) immediately and in any case within 14 days after you have informed us about your withdrawal of the contract. To maintain this deadline it is sufficient to forward the CD(s) before reaching the deadline. You have to bear the direct costs of returning the CD(s).
